This Tooling is fitted to an 8-station rotary table on a 4-spindle semi-automatic honing machine.  Pneumatic location pins automatically raise to allow the operator to manually load sets of gearbox spacers and clamp them in position.

Hot Plate Welding Tooling for Garden Manufacturer.

This Tooling features vacuum clamping to hold the base of a 2-part construction plastic watering can.  Manual clamping is used on the location fixture for the body of the can.  Adjustable stops are fitted to control the depth of weld during the automatic welding cycle.

This manually loaded tooling locates 2 parts of a medical component for automatic adhesive application and assembly.  4 sets of tooling are fitted to a rotary index table.  These are interchangeable for the various sizes of components.
